Free Shipping on all orders over $75.00
We ship to all 50 U.S. States. You must have both a shipping address and a credit card billing address within the United States to make a purchase.
All orders submitted before 3:00pm EST will be shipping out on the same day. Orders received on Friday after 3:00pm EST, Saturday and Sunday will ship out on Monday. Shipping times are approximate and not always guaranteed unless shipping via overnight shipping at an additional charge. Signature is required upon delivery of all overnight packages and those purchases totaling more than $500.00 unless otherwise noted.
We offer a flat rate shipping cost of $45 for all international orders. All international orders are sent via UPS.
All International order take between 7 - 10 business days depending on countries. Order is subject to further delay once it reaches customs.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Pure Addiction offers a hassle free exchange policy. We will gladly issue store credit or exchange for all non-clearance merchandise received within 15 days of receipt of item(s) if the original tags are still attached and items are unworn and free of defects. Items received after 15 days but within 30 days will qualify for a store credit only. Any expedited or any special shipping charges are non-refundable unless a shipping error has occurred. Return mailing labels will be generated upon request and our policy is based on when item(s) were shipped, not when they are received. Please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org for any return/exchange inquiry, as we will refuse any unauthorized return.

Please be aware that shoes will only be accepted for return unworn and no signs of wear. All returns must include original packaging in its original condition.
If for any reason you receive damaged or defective merchandise please notify us within 24 hours of receiving the item to be eligible for store policy.
PLEASE NOTE: All Sale and Clearance purchases are FINAL. Returns and/or exchange requests on sale and clearance merchandise will not be accepted.
